Talented film director and producer Michael Chandler and Hazel Chandler from Wilderness Productions got in touch with King Bee with the task of animating graffiti in a live action short film they were producing.

The graffiti would be brought to life at a pivotal moment in the film when the lead character was questioning if he was hallucinating or if it was real. The graffiti characters then lead him to his mentally ill brother to show that he is moving on with his life and is now independant.

The sensitive mood of the film dictated a realistic and subtle style of animation that needed to feel believable and captivating. King Bee produced banksy style animation of the graffiti characters, complete with spray paint fx and composited them into the live-action footage with the help of Zeroh and MJ Post to produce a truly captivating 2 minutes of footage.
